We need a smooth, level performing space that is at least 24 feet wide and 16 feet deep, plus enough space for our audience. We can not do our show on grass, gravel or sand.
We need to be able to park our van within sight of our performing space and we need to be able to wheel our prop cases to the performing area. In warm weather we must have an electrical outlet within 50 feet of our van so we can plug in our air conditioner.
We can not perform in a hot sunny area. A large tent or indoors is necessary in the summer months.
Popcorn, chips and other snacks in the hands of our audience is a big distraction to the dogs. Please serve food after our show is over or have the lunch or snacks over and put away before our show.
We can’t work around fireworks, guns or cannons. That type of thing scares the dogs. Loud music, loud clapping, laughing and screaming are fine.
Other animals are a distraction to us and make it impossible for The Tricky Dogs to perform. Please ask your guests not to bring their dogs to our show.
We have our own sound equipment and can entertain audiences up to 2000 people. Adequate stage lighting must be supplied by the client.
Please make sure we have access to a cleared and broom swept stage area at least 45 minutes prior to our performance so we can set up our props and equipment and do a sound check.
